Western Union Payment Services UK Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Western Union") recognizes that handling of personal information appropriately is a corporate and social responsibility. The Western Union privacy program is the basis to providing the individual the right to privacy and the protection of personal information shall be in compliance with our privacy program, of which requires commitment by all executives and regular employees in Western Union and its delegated companies.

1. Western Union shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines in relation to appropriate handling of personal information.
2. Western Union shall collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner. The purpose for collecting customers' personal information shall be listed and notified through Western Union Payment Services Terms and Conditions, and our company shall obtain the consent of the customer at the time of signing Money Transfer agreement.
3. Western Union shall train all executives and regular employees in Western Union and delegated companies in order for them to understand the importance of personal information protection and handle personal information appropriately.
4. Western Union shall take all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification and leakage of personal information, and appropriately apply all data protection measures.
5. Western Union shall not provide to third parties any personal information without the consent of the individual except as specified in laws and regulations.
6. Western Union shall supervise delegated companies appropriately in order for them to comply with the data protection measures necessary to safeguard personal information.
7. When the customer requests our company to disclose or correct any personal data held by Western Union, Western Union shall handle the request promptly.
